Most of us have surely, at least once, seen a device or item in a store and asked ourselves: how is this produced? This stems partly from human nature, as individuals curious about the world and everything around them. That is why we want to present how we do it. Practical steps for the production of wire shelves, step by step.
Wire shelves, regardless of their size or shape, are produced in the same way. Only the material they can be made from and subsequent processing, such as plastic coating, differ.
We carry out the entire process from start to finish. This allows us to offer such a diverse range and attractive prices.

Stages of Wire Shelf Production
Product Specification Agreement
Everything begins with an idea and individual needs. After considering which material suits us, we can proceed to create a design, if one does not yet exist.
The agreement stage is truly crucial, as it allows us to minimize the risk of construction errors. We select the height, material, and pay attention to the interiors where the
Wire Preparation
Initially, the wire always comes in large coils. To begin, we take the design and check what lengths of wire elements will be needed for the shelves, and they are cut accordingly.
Bending the Outer Wire
We can call this a kind of frame or base for each shelf. It involves creating the shape that the wire shelves will take. Typically, this is a rectangle or a square. However, at this stage, we do not yet achieve a full square. It is interrupted at one point by a gap that we must connect.
Welding the Outer Frame
The bent wire elements are joined by welding at one point to form the desired shape. Thus creating the frame of the
Adding Main Inner Wires
These are so-called auxiliary wires, which may not be present in some models, e.g., small narrow shelves. In a standard rectangular shape, such a wire is in the middle of the shelf and will serve as support for the entire shelf structure. There can be several of them, depending on the size and number of wires that are to be placed horizontally on them.
Welding Thinner Wires to the Frame
At this stage, the production of the shelf is completed. Thin rods are welded to the pre-formed shape. Products will be directly placed on them in a rack or refrigeration cabinet. This is the upper part of the shelf.
Product Refinement
It is highly unlikely that this stage is ever omitted; we always refine details to ensure the final product is perfect. If there are any additional elements in the design, such as wire sides, they are bent and produced at this stage. This ensures they form a single unit, smoothly transitioning between the shelf and the side.

The completed shelf is properly stored until the logistics process to the client is carried out. Safe conditions ensure quality maintenance and no damage to the plastic coating.
Wire Shelves – Metal or Plastic-Coated Variant
In our company, you will find wire shelves in two variants. The first is shelves made of stainless steel. Or the second alternative – shelves made of plastic-coated black steel, for which you can choose the color from those currently available. The choice of material mainly depends on what you are looking for. A metal shelf is very easy to keep clean (we can even put shelves in a dishwasher without worry). The only limitation in this case might be the size.
