§1
General Provisions
These terms and conditions define the rules of operation and conditions of use of the website: shelmo.pl (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).
The owner and administrator of the Website is Shelmo limited liability company with its registered office in Bochnia, address: ul. Gazowa 10, 32-700 Bochnia, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court in Krakow, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000891518, NIP 8681980675, e-mail address: biuro@shelmo.pl, phone number: 539 691 704 (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).
These terms and conditions are addressed to natural persons, legal entities, organizational units without legal personality, to which the law grants legal capacity, who use the Website (hereinafter referred to jointly or individually as the “User”).
Before using the Website, each User is obliged to read these Terms and Conditions, and starting to use the Website is equivalent to accepting the Terms and Conditions.

§2
Type and scope of services provided by the Company through the Website
The Company uses the Website to provide Users with information about the type and form of services provided by the Company, as well as to enable contact with the Company.
All data and information published on the website are for informational purposes only.
It is not possible to conclude a contract through the website.
Descriptions of products and services published on the website are for informational purposes and do not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code, but only an invitation to conclude a contract.
All textual, graphic, and audiovisual materials posted on the website are subject to copyright and are protected.

Technical conditions for using the Website
To properly use the Website, the User should have a device with Internet access.
The use of the Website may be dependent on accepting Cookies, the type and technical properties of the device, and a correctly installed web browser on the device.

“Cookies” files
The Company uses the mechanism of “cookies” files, which involves collecting IT data, in particular text information, which is sent by the web server and then saved and stored on the device of the User using the Website. The Website uses the following Cookies:
– session (deleted after closing the browser)
– persistent (saved on the User’s device and not automatically deleted, e.g., font size change by the user)

The use of the “cookies” mechanism is aimed at:
– recognizing the device used by the User in order to adapt the content of the Website to the device, taking into account the User’s preferences,
– collecting statistical data on User behavior while browsing the Website.

“Cookies” files will be used to:
– improve the technical aspects of using the Website, remember Website settings introduced by the User (e.g., font size, language)
– collect anonymous data about the User and create statistical summaries of Users, including: their location, activity on the site (e.g., time spent browsing the website, visited subpages)

Any blocking of “cookies” files may hinder or even prevent the use of the Website.
In case of lack of consent to the use of “cookies” files, the User may inform the Company by sending a statement of lack of consent to the use of the “cookies” mechanism to the e-mail address: biuro@shelmo.pl

Rules for using the Website
To use the Website, it is not required for the User to create an account.
The User is obliged to use the Website in a manner consistent with the law and good practices, with respect for personal rights as well as respect for the copyrights and intellectual property of the Company and third parties.

§6
Final Provisions
The Terms and Conditions come into force on the day of their announcement. The announcement is made by placing the Terms and Conditions on the Company’s Website.
In matters not regulated in these Terms and Conditions, the generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply.
The law applicable to settle all disputes is Polish law.
