Privacy Policy

In accordance with Art. 13 par. 1 and 2 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ L 119, 4.5.2016, p. 1), hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”, we inform you that:

1. The controller of your personal data is SHELMO limited liability company with its registered office in Bochnia, at ul. Gazowa 10, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście in Kraków, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000891518, NIP: 8681980675, hereinafter referred to as the Company or the Controller.
2. The Company has not appointed a Data Protection Officer.
3. You can contact the Controller regarding the protection and processing of personal data via:

4. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data by the Company may be:
   your voluntary consent to their processing
   the necessity to process them for the purposes of implementing the contract or cooperation concluded by you with the Company or taking actions before its conclusion
   statutory requirements resulting from the legal provisions binding the Company
   the need to protect the legitimate interests of the Company
   marketing consents granted to the Company
5. We will process your personal data, among others:
   in order to take actions aimed at concluding a contract or establishing cooperation, as well as for the purpose of performing the contract or cooperation
   for the purpose of communication, identification and providing a response to an inquiry via the Company’s website (www.shelmo.pl)
   for the purpose of handling complaints,
   for the purposes of fulfilling the Company’s obligations required by law
   in the legitimate interest of the Company
   for marketing and information purposes
   for the purpose of conducting the recruitment process
6. You have the right to request from the Company access to your data, their rectification, transfer and deletion, as well as the right to restrict data processing. Personal data may be corrected or deleted after informing the Company or a person authorized by the Company to process personal data, in person at the Company’s headquarters or by email to: biuro@shelmo.pl
7. By providing data, you declare that the personal data provided are your own data.
8. The recipients of personal data are the Company, persons with authorization from the Company to process personal data, and persons with whom the Company has concluded an agreement for the entrustment of personal data processing.
9. Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the cooperation and/or the period of validity of the contract with the Company, as well as for a period equal to the limitation period for any claims for non-performance or improper performance of the contract/cooperation and/or torts, and furthermore for the period required by legal provisions that impose specific obligations on the Company, the performance of which requires the processing of personal data; as well as until objection is raised to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes.
10. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
11. Based on the Client’s personal data, the Controller will not make automated decisions about them, including decisions resulting from profiling.
